Your order from KOKADI - This is how it works:


1. Registration & Accreditation

  • Fill out our contact form for new customers. Thus we get all necessary data in order to activate your account as KOKADI retailer.
  • After internal check you get your customer number, which you need for your future orders with KOKADI.

2. Brochure & Order

  • After your accreditation, you get access to the B2B area of our online shop. There you will find our complete assortment along with prices.
  • Arrange your KOKADI wish list comfortably in our online shop and send us your order by using the check out function.
  • Please note that the minimum order value is € 500, - and we only offer Ex Works (exw) prices. We are happy to help you choose the appropriate shipping company. Optionally, you can also order DHL shipments in our shop for an additional charge.

3. Delivery

  • If you have not commissioned a parcel delivery, we will inform you as soon as possible about a pick-up date.

Answers & Questions

What documentation will I have to submit?
We need the following data from you: Taxpayer identification number (NIP) and your business license. Both can be uploaded here.
Is there a minimum order value?
The minimum order value is at least 500 EUR per order. Individual orders can be ordered with a surcharge for small quantities.
How long does it take to process orders?
The processing of your order takes one working day, starting with receipt of payment.
How long does it take until the order is being delivered?
The delivery time depends on the delivery mode. The shipment through parcel services takes approx. 3-4 business days starting with receipt of payment.
Is it possible to order single parts?
Yes, that is possible. A low-quantity surcharge will be charged automatically for this extra service.
What is the method of payment for my order?
You can either pay by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal - just the way you prefer!

Our pictures can be downloaded at our B2B Download Area.
Where do I order my point-of-sale material?
